Service Description
The Campaign Video Package is designed for businesses, brands, creators, and organizations that need a stronger video campaign. This is ideal for product launches, service promotions, social media campaigns, ads, website videos, brand refreshes, and content rollouts. This package is custom-built based on the campaign goal, deliverables, locations, usage, and production needs. Includes Custom video production session Campaign planning call Shot list assistance Creative direction 1 edited campaign video, 60–120 seconds 2 edited vertical reels Basic audio capture when needed Basic video editing Basic color correction Licensed royalty-free music when needed 1 revision per video Delivery for web and social platforms Important Details & Fees Includes 1 campaign video and 2 vertical reels. RAW video footage is not included. Additional revisions start at $75 each. Captions are $75/video. Extra edited reels start at $250 each. Extra video deliverables are custom quoted. Drone footage starts at $200 when legally and safely available. Advanced motion graphics, scripting, voiceover, paid ad variations, custom exports, rush delivery, studio rental, venue fees, permits, and expanded commercial usage are add-ons. Copyrighted music cannot be added unless properly licensed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
