Service Description
The Event Highlight Video is for clients who want video-only coverage of an event. This is ideal for private celebrations, corporate events, community events, galas, launches, quinceañera recaps, church events, and special occasions where a short highlight video is needed. This package does not include photography. If photo coverage is also needed, clients should book through the Events & Celebrations category. Includes 3-hour video coverage Key event moments Candid guest moments Decor and detail clips 1 edited highlight video, 2–4 minutes Basic video editing Basic color correction Licensed royalty-free music when needed 1 video revision Important Details & Fees Includes 1 edited event highlight video. RAW video footage is not included. Additional video coverage is custom quoted. Extra revisions start at $75 each. Captions are $75/video. Extra social reels start at $250 each. Full ceremony edits, full speech edits, drone footage, rush delivery, additional shooters, advanced motion graphics, and paid ad versions are add-ons. Venue fees, parking, permits, travel, and rental fees are not included. Wedding films are booked under Weddings & Elopements. Copyrighted music cannot be added unless properly licensed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
