Service Description
The Full-Day Event Coverage package is built for larger events that require extensive documentation from start to finish. This package is ideal for conferences, full-day corporate events, large community programs, galas, major celebrations, and high-value events with multiple key moments. Includes 8-hour event photography coverage Candid guest moments Decor and detail photos Key event moments Family/group photo moments Speaker, host, or presentation coverage when applicable Curated edited event gallery Private online gallery Additional event time available when schedule allows Important Details & Fees Includes a curated edited gallery of the best images from the event. Event galleries are edited for color, lighting, cropping, and overall polish. RAW images are not included. Additional event coverage is $350/hour when available. Rush delivery starts at $150 or 30% of the package price. Advanced retouching starts at $50/image. Heavy Photoshop edits start at $100/image. Venue fees, parking, permits, travel fees, rentals, and admission fees are not included unless stated. Event timeline is required before confirmation. Multi-room events, overlapping moments, or large productions may require a second shooter or custom quote. This package is not for weddings, elopements, or wedding-related events.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
