Service Description
The Luxury Property Media Package is designed for premium listings, luxury homes, larger properties, high-end rentals, builder showcases, and standout spaces that need a complete media experience. This package is built to create a polished property marketing library with photos, drone, video, social content, and optional virtual walkthrough support. Includes Interior and exterior real estate photography Large property coverage 45–60 professionally edited listing photos Drone photos Drone video clips when legally/safely available 1 cinematic listing video, 60–120 seconds 1 vertical social media reel Detail/lifestyle property shots Optional agent intro segment Licensed royalty-free music when needed Private online delivery gallery Important Details & Fees Includes edited listing photos, drone photos, drone video clips when available, 1 cinematic listing video, and 1 vertical reel. RAW files are not included. Drone services are subject to weather, property location, airspace restrictions, legal flight permissions, and FAA compliance. Commercial drone operation requires a qualified Part 107 remote pilot. Video includes basic editing, color correction, licensed royalty-free music when needed, and 1 revision per video. Additional revisions start at $75 each. Captions are $75/video. Virtual walkthroughs, floor plans, agent intro, voiceover, advanced motion graphics, twilight shoot, rush delivery, and additional reels are add-ons unless included in the final quote. Travel, parking, permits, property access fees, and rescheduling fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
