Service Description
The MLS Photo Package is designed for smaller listings that need simple, professional photo coverage. This package is best for realtors, rental properties, smaller homes, condos, townhomes, and listings that need clean interior and exterior photos without additional video, drone, or virtual tour services. Includes Interior and exterior real estate photography Up to 2,000 sq ft 20–25 professionally edited listing photos MLS-ready image delivery Basic exterior/detail shots 24–48 hour standard delivery Private online delivery gallery Important Details & Fees Includes edited MLS-ready listing photos with color correction, exposure correction, cropping, straightening, and basic image polish. RAW images are not included. This package includes properties up to 2,000 sq ft. Larger properties may require an upgrade or additional square footage fee. Additional 1,000 sq ft is $75. Rush delivery starts at $100. Twilight edits, advanced object removal, virtual staging, floor plans, drone, video, and virtual walkthroughs are not included unless added separately. Property must be photo-ready before arrival. Cleaning, staging, moving furniture, decluttering, landscaping, and turning on utilities/lights are the client’s responsibility. Travel, parking, access fees, permit fees, and same-day rescheduling may require additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
