Service Description
The Proposal + Mini Engagement Session is for clients who want the surprise proposal documented plus a stronger portrait session immediately afterward. This package captures the proposal, reaction, celebration, ring/detail shots, and a polished mini engagement-style session after the moment. This is the best option for clients who want to announce the engagement with high-quality images the same week. Includes 1 hour 30-minute photography coverage Proposal moment coverage Reaction and celebration photos Mini engagement-style portrait session after the proposal Ring/detail photos Basic timing and location coordination 18 professionally edited images Private online proof gallery Additional edits available for purchase mportant Details & Fees Includes a private proof gallery to select final images. Final images include color correction, lighting adjustments, cropping, and light cleanup. RAW images are not included. Extra edited images are $35 each. Advanced retouching starts at $50/image. Extra time is $125 per additional 30 minutes when available. Nearby additional locations are $100 each. Props, decor, setup, permits, parking, venue fees, travel fees, rush delivery, and location rental are not included unless stated.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
