Service Description
The Signature Wedding Collection is the recommended wedding photography package for couples who want strong coverage of the full wedding story. This package is designed to capture getting ready, details, first look if applicable, ceremony, family portraits, couple portraits, reception moments, dances, speeches, and party coverage. This package includes one lead photographer and a second photographer for key coverage. It is the best fit for weddings with fuller timelines, larger families, bridal parties, or multiple key moments happening throughout the day. Final images include color correction, lighting adjustments, cropping, and overall polish. RAW images are not included. Wedding timeline must be reviewed before confirmation. Additional wedding photography coverage is $400/hour when available. Engagement session, bridal session, rehearsal dinner coverage, albums, prints, rush delivery, drone coverage, travel, parking, permits, venue fees, and complex multi-location logistics are not included unless stated.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
