Designed for creators and entrepreneurs, this package provides a quick, polished short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts. It includes a 1-hour session, professional editing, color correction, and royalty-free The Social Reel Package is designed for creators, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and individuals who need one short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts. This is best for simple content such as service promotion, behind-the-scenes clips, announcements, lifestyle content, creator content, or quick brand visibility. Includes 1-hour video session 1 location 1 edited vertical reel, 30–60 seconds Basic video editing Basic color correction Licensed royalty-free music when needed 1 video revision Standard vertical social media delivery format Important Details & Fees Includes 3 edited vertical reels. RAW video footage is not included. Additional revisions start at $75 each. Captions are $75/video. Extra edited reels start at $250 each. Extra time is $125 per additional 30 minutes when available. Additional nearby locations are $100 each. Extra vertical/horizontal format exports are $100/video. Drone footage starts at $200 when legally and safely available. Scripting, voiceover, motion graphics, rush delivery, and paid ad versions are add-ons. Copyrighted music cannot be added unless properly licensed.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours after payment or immediately if your session is less than 7 days away. The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Full payment is required before delivery of any final work. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may cancel within 72 hours of booking (if session is 7+ days away) for a refund. One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days’ notice. Rescheduling with less notice requires a new deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. Late Arrivals: Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may result in cancellation and loss of deposit. Sessions will still end at their original end time. Delivery & Turnaround: Edited photos are delivered within 2–3 weeks. Video projects typically take 10–21 business days. Rush editing is available for an additional fee. RAW or unedited files are not delivered unless agreed upon in writing. Image & Video Rights: Ready Set Shoot retains full copyright of all work. Clients receive personal use rights (e.g., social media, printing, gifts). Commercial use, resale, or promotional branding requires a separate license. Work may not be altered, filtered, or edited without written permission. Portfolio Use: By booking, you grant permission for your images or videos to be used in our portfolio, social media, and promotional materials unless you opt out in writing before your session. Model releases may be required for certain uses. Creative Direction: Clients are encouraged to share preferences but agree to trust our creative process and style. Artistic judgment and edits are final and not grounds for refunds. Liability: We are not liable for injuries, lost items, or weather-related reschedules.
