Booking & policies
- Online booking opens 72 hours ahead, so every session gets proper preparation.
- You can reschedule or cancel yourself up to 7 days before your session.
- Inside 7 days, email info@getreadysetshoot.com or send an inquiry, and we will handle it directly.
- Retainers, refunds and rescheduling are covered in full by your session agreement.
Need a session sooner than 72 hours out? Email us or submit an inquiry with your date, session type and location. Short-notice requests are accommodated when the schedule allows — you will get an answer quickly, either way.

What should I wear to my headshot session?
Wear what makes you feel like the most confident version of yourself in a professional context. Solid colors and subtle patterns photograph best — avoid large logos or heavy patterns. Bring 2–3 outfit options. For brand sessions, think about the story your wardrobe tells before you speak a word.
What's the difference between a headshot and a brand session?
A headshot captures you — your face, your presence, your first impression. A brand session captures your world — your workspace, your product, your process, your story. Headshots are for LinkedIn, directories, and press. Brand sessions are for your website, social media, and marketing materials.
Can I bring my team for a corporate shoot?
Yes. Corporate Headshots start at $1,150 for up to six people at one approved location, with one signature-retouched headshot each plus an edited team photograph; additional people are $150 each. The Team Brand Library starts at $1,500 and adds leadership combinations and around 15 workplace and culture images. Both are quoted — people, locations and schedule all move the number.
How do I know which tier is right for me?
One strong professional image — Quick Headshot at $250. More variety in outfits, settings and expression — Professional Headshot at $450. Building a website or social presence and needing a real image bank — Brand Starter at $650 or Signature Branding at $1,050. A full content library across several environments — Brand Content Day from $1,750. A whole team — Corporate Headshots from $1,150. Still unsure? Call and Omar will make a recommendation.
Can we shoot at my office or workspace?
Yes — and often that's the better choice for brand sessions. Environmental portraits in your actual workspace tell a more specific story than a studio background. Locations are scouted and prepared in advance so arrival time is spent shooting, not setting up.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Rush delivery is available on request when the schedule allows, from $150. Ask before you book rather than after — it depends on what is already in the calendar that week.
