Virtual staging and virtual twilight are post-production edits, not captures. They are identified where the MLS, platform or advertisement requires it, and are never used to conceal a material property defect.

Choose or request
Essentials and Showcase book directly. Social, Premier, Luxury and Commercial start as a request so scope and access are reviewed first.

Confirm scope and access
You complete the property intake — address, square footage, structures, access, drone interest and intended usage. A scope mismatch is moved to custom quoting rather than absorbed.
03
Pay
Photo tiers are paid in full at booking. Request services are paid in full after scope approval. Luxury and Commercial take a 50% retainer, balance 48 hours before production.

Prepare the property
You receive the prep checklist and access confirmation. We confirm weather, meeting point and access instructions 24 hours out.

Capture
Interior, exterior, features and details. Aerial where conditions and airspace allow. We work to the approved production plan, not past it.
06
Deliver
Media arrives through your private gallery with tour and floor-plan links. One reasonable video revision is included on Social, Premier and Luxury within three business days.

08Questions
Before you book.
Is drone included, and will it definitely happen?
Aerial media is included in Social, Premier and Luxury, and available a la carte on the photo tiers. A package inclusion is conditional — it is not a promise that a flight can occur at a particular address or time. Airspace, weather, visibility, safety and property restrictions all govern. If a flight cannot safely take place, we arrange an approved later aerial visit, a substitution, or a $125 credit.
How is a floor plan produced?
Floor plans are captured on site and delivered as a standard 2D plan, normally within 24 to 48 hours. A branded or more detailed version is available as an upgrade.
What is the difference between the two virtual tours?
Zillow 3D Home is the residential product — interactive, MLS-compatible, unbranded link. Branded CloudPano is for commercial, hospitality, rental and branded spaces where a custom-branded, embeddable tour is the right fit.
The home is occupied. Is that a problem?
No, but it must be media-ready on arrival — cleaned, decluttered, pets secured, occupants and vendors finished. We do not extend the appointment while cleaning or staging is completed.
Is virtual twilight the same as a twilight shoot?
No. Virtual twilight is a post-production edit and is identified as one where required. An actual twilight capture is a separate return visit, quoted from $350.
My listing is a large estate. Where do I start?
Start with a Luxury inquiry. The base is $1,250 for one residence up to 4,500 square feet; acreage, guest houses, detached structures, added visits and expanded usage are quoted on top so the plan matches the property.
Can another agent or the builder reuse the photos?
Not automatically. The standard licence covers one active listing for the contracting client. A replacement agent, builder, designer, stager, property manager or any hospitality, publication or campaign use needs written permission and may need an expanded licence.
Do I get every photo taken?
You receive the stated range of professionally prepared listing images. RAW files, rejected frames and duplicates are not delivered — the finished media is the deliverable.
How far do you travel?
The first 25 driving miles from the Ready Set Shoot service base are included, then $50 to 40 miles and $100 to 60 miles. Beyond that we quote the travel.
