After your session you receive a private curated proof gallery — the strongest frames, culled and ready to judge. You choose your favorites from it, and those images come back finished with our signature retouching: skin finishing, distraction cleanup and a polished final finish. The retouched images are yours to download.
Every package below tells you exactly how many images you choose. Proofs are for selecting, not for downloading — the finished files are what you keep.
02Prom Sessions
Choose your session.
Three sessions you can book yourself, right now. Up to two featured subjects on each, one formal look, at one approved location.
Premium studios, private properties, permits, luxury vehicles, parking and admission are not included in the session price. Those are creative directions we can build toward, not promised locations — we confirm availability and send a quote before anything is reserved.
04Add-ons
Extra images, extra finish.
These can be added at checkout on Prom Mini, Classic and Signature.
Anything that changes the schedule, the location or the crew is approved and quoted by hand rather than sold at checkout — including celebration spray and smoke effects, which need written permission from the property and may require a fee or a different location. Celebration spray is nonalcoholic.
05The Process
Six steps, start to finish.

Choose
Pick the session that matches your night. Mini, Classic and Signature book directly; Group and Luxury start as a request.

Reserve
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer hold the date. The balance is due seven days before. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.
03
Plan
You complete a short intake form. We confirm the meeting point, parking and the weather plan 24 to 48 hours out.

Shoot
Guided the whole way. Arrive on time — late arrival shortens the session rather than extending the reservation.

Proof
Your private proof gallery arrives within seven business days. You have seven days to choose your favorites.
06
Finish
Signature-retouched finals arrive within five business days of your selections, ready to download and share.

Before you book.
Do I get all the photos?
You receive a curated proof gallery of the strongest frames and choose the stated number for signature retouching. We do not deliver rejected frames, duplicates or camera files — the finished images are the deliverable.
Can my family be in the photos?
Classic and Signature include a brief family send-off portion. A full party with extended candids is event coverage, and we would rather route you there than stretch a portrait session over it.
I am under 18. What do my parents need to do?
A parent or legal guardian signs the agreement and any release, and we collect their contact details on the intake form.
How do group bookings work?
One organizer books, signs, pays and receives everything. We do not split invoices or hold separate agreements with individual participants. The 25 retouched images are shared across the group, not 25 each.
What if it rains?
Outdoor sessions need an approved backup or a reschedule. We decide whether conditions are safe for the group and the equipment, and your agreement covers cancellation and rescheduling.
We are running late. What happens?
The session ends at its scheduled time. Transportation, hair, makeup and wardrobe delays shorten the shoot rather than extending the reservation, so build in a buffer.
Can we shoot in a studio?
Studio is a custom upgrade rather than a prom package. Ask and we will quote the rental, coordination and timing through the Studio Session Request.
Can we add video?
A behind-the-scenes reel or a polished social reel can be added to longer sessions by request. We will not sell one where filming would compromise the photography you are paying for — that becomes a second shooter, quoted separately.
Homecoming, military ball, cotillion?
Same ladder. If the length, the group size and the scope match one of these sessions, book it.
07Reserve
Dates go first, then looks.
Formal season fills from February through April, and the good evenings go early. Reserve the session, and we will plan the rest together.
